Follow up with customers and leads and stay top-of-mind by adding them to your contact lists thanks to the Benchmark Email LiveChat Integration. Automatically add contacts to your Benchmark Email lists when they interact with you via chat. This integration is available free with every Benchmark Account.

How to Integrate:

  1. Log into your Benchmark account.
  2. Select Integrations from your username.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Get Started.
  4. Select the LiveChat integration option.

You will need to enter your LiveChat API Key and Username. Please follow the next steps to retrieve your API Key from LiveChat.

  1. Login to your LiveChat account on their website.
  2. Click on the Agents tab on the top menu bar.
  3. Pick yourself from the list of agents.
  4. Click on Edit and then select For Developers where you will be provided with your API Key
  5. Go back to your Benchmark account, enter the API key on the LiveChat API Key space and enter your LiveChat username then click Save & Next
  6. Select which list you want your contacts added to or create a new one and click Save & Next.
  7. Map the LiveChat fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark list
  8. Click Save & Next.
